The PSC (Platform Safety Curtain) system was developed to address a major issue in rail operations. Indeed, differences in the number of doors, width and positioning of access points between different types of rolling stock mean that conventional platform screen doors are incompatible with lines serving multiple types of trains. <\/em><\/p>\n

The innovative design of the SS4P PSC is based on fully sliding doors that move to create an opening precisely aligned with the train\u2019s doors, regardless of their configuration. Just like a curtain opening and closing, the SS4P PSC automatically adjusts its opening to suit the rolling stock present at the station, thereby ensuring a high level of safety whilst offering great operational flexibility.<\/p>\n
