Portalp Railway is celebrating a significant milestone today with the commissioning of our platform screen doors for the extension of Paris Metro Line 14! After several months of testing in real train passage conditions, our platform screen doors are officially operational, contributing to the modernization and expansion of this line.
Portalp Railway certifies its DCU
As part of its platform screen door project development, Portalp’s Railway Business Unit has designed its own control system for operating its doors. In late May, Portalp Railway’s Door Control Unit (DCU) achieved SIL2 certification, marking a significant milestone for the company. This key control system component is now integrated into our product offerings.
