Inclined elevator – Wisla
Inclined lift at the WISLA (PL) ski jump
In Poland, Wisła is a popular destination for ski jumpers. In 2024, COS SZCZYRK (Centralny Ośrodek Sportu) began renovating the ski jump in Wisła and replacing the existing chairlift with a new-generation inclined lift equipped with an intermediate station. This upgrade aims to enhance the experience for sports enthusiasts and tourists, allowing them to enjoy the panoramic views offered by the resort.
The design, manufacture, and installation of this inclined elevator were entrusted to LEITNER, which subcontracted the design and supply of the landing doors to PORTALP.
These doors were assembled entirely in Isère, France. A detailed and comprehensive user manual was provided, ensuring efficient and trouble-free assembly without the need for outside assistance.
