Projects Department
Projects Department
The Projects Department brings together the tendering team and the project management teams: project manager, planner, engineer or project officer, and document manager. This scope enables us to see a project emerge from the tendering stage, watch it progress through the design, production and installation phases, and monitor it right through to commissioning, and even beyond, with the maintenance of the equipment.

A word from Perrine
« The main role of the Projects Department is to secure and manage projects. In other words, this involves drawing up a competitive tender in line with clients’ needs, negotiating it and winning the contract, and ensuring that the projects we win run smoothly whilst meeting client requirements and adhering to the agreed budget and schedule. »

Our missions
Our main mission is to ensure that our clients’ objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines are met. Our day-to-day work involves coordinating and liaising with all project stakeholders.
It is essential to have an overall view of the project, to anticipate the next steps and any changes, to make decisions and to schedule all the tasks in order to achieve the project’s objective.
Coordinating the project team is essential for ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal, by building a cohesive team that has confidence in the project manager and in the other team members. To achieve this, communication is key: we must be transparent and clear about objectives, milestones and expectations, both internally and with our clients.

The tendering process
Our support forms part of a structured tendering process,
ensuring that the requirements of each contract are properly taken into account.
Eligibility and Call for Applications
This initial stage enables the client to shortlist potential candidates on the basis of their financial and technical capabilities, their references and,
where applicable, the certifications they hold (such as ISO 9001). We also highlight our ‘Origine France Garantie’ label, a true mark of quality and commitment.
Tendering procedure
The process continues with the submission of technical and financial documents, the presentation and negotiation stages, and then the updating of the tender documents.
Handover to the project team
Following the signing of the contract, a handover phase between the tender team and the project team ensures the official transition from the commercial phase to the implementation phase.

The objectives of this stage are to:
- Ensure that the project team has everything it needs to carry out the contract.
- To ensure continuity with regard to the decisions, assumptions and choices made during the tender phase.
- Identify the residual risks that need to be monitored from the outset of the project.
- To share contractual obligations in order to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the tender and the contract.
- Align all relevant departments (operations, design office, QSE, procurement, PF, etc.) with the market’s constraints and requirements.
