Operations Department
Team organisation
The Operations Department is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of platform screen doors and associated rail transport systems to ensure they remain in operational condition. It oversees installation, commissioning and maintenance activities with one key objective: to guarantee the availability of the facilities for operators, whilst ensuring safety, reliability and high standards of workmanship.
The organisation is structured around three complementary areas:
Works Operations Division
Oversees the installation work and coordinates on-site deployment activities to ensure that projects are carried out successfully, in accordance with quality and safety requirements and within the agreed timeframes.
Maintenance & Commissioning Division
Carries out the testing, validation and commissioning phases for the facilities, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance work on the equipment. Its aim is to ensure the availability and performance of the facilities for the operators.
Maintenance & Works Methods Division
Develops intervention methodologies, supports the skills development of field teams and works closely with the engineering teams to ensure consistency between design choices and the operational constraints encountered in the field.

Our missions
- To ensure the installation of platform screen doors and systems relating to railway infrastructure
- Oversee commissioning operations to ensure that installations comply with requirements and perform to standard
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure a high level of equipment availability
- To ensure the operational availability of facilities and service continuity for operators
- Coordinate field operations and optimise operational planning
- To ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements and railway standards
- To drive continuous improvement in order to optimise the reliability and performance of the systems deployed
Installation
The installation teams are responsible for installing the equipment on site, in coordination with the operators and the various project stakeholders. They work in challenging railway environments and plan their operations to minimise the impact on line operations.
From site preparation through to commissioning, the technicians ensure that the installations comply with regulations, that safety requirements are met, and that the work is carried out to a high standard.
Maintenance
Maintenance ensures the performance and availability of equipment throughout its life cycle. The teams carry out technical monitoring of the installations, prevent malfunctions and perform the necessary operations to keep the equipment in good working order.
Thanks to their on-the-ground expertise, they ensure rapid interventions that are tailored to the operational constraints of railway infrastructure.
Retrofit – Equipment modernisation
Retrofitting involves modernising or adapting existing installations in order to improve their performance, reliability or compliance with new technical and regulatory requirements.
The teams work on equipment currently in service to extend its service life, integrate new technologies or support developments in railway infrastructure.
